Synopsis
In our modern business world, few are able to mirror or act 'as if'
they are impeccable, congruent and a fully optimal personality,
acting with both external and internal models of integrity, a true
flexibility and inclusiveness and to be seen and have the ability
to see others and their value.
This workshop, common with all the other Being Human and
therapeutic workshops, employs the Human Template model © to assist
in the recognition of who we are, our internal state, our
relationship with others, with ourselves and with a Higher guidance
or inner knowing. It will be used so that we become aware of the
loadstone or elements in our own world that pulls us away from
excellence and purpose, and consequent loss of self
value.
The workshop will cover:
The internal hierarchy of a human being
The parallel organization of a business
The purpose of each internal part of the human
An understanding and recognition the inherent value of each part of
the self
An understanding and recognition of the purpose and value of each
aspect, niche, department or holding of a
company/business
Within the process:
Participants will become aware of their own state, and their own
loadstone(s) or elements that take them off course
Participants will see how this state then changes decision making,
and their optimal relationship, function and value, perceived or
otherwise, within a business
Participants will become aware of how their state then alters the
internal hierarchy and functional state of a business
Participants will access, or taste the sense of how to emulate,
model and initiate pathways of personal growth and development to
manifest as a fully optimal and functional state of being
