CFD Intro is a stand alone 2-day workshop
that introduces people to a sophisticated model of
practice. Based on cranial osteopathy and the more
commonly known craniosacral therapy, CFD takes the
practitioner into a specific non verbal dialogue, using
both kinesiology as a neuro-kinetic feedback tool, and hand
modes (mudras) as a non verbal language. This
facilitates within the client a deep understanding of the
root causes of the disturbance of the craniosacral fluid
system, which can bring about deep and profound inner
transformation. In the course of this process, the
entire system is directed towards a greatly expanded state
not only of health and well being, but also of the much
deeper roots that support maintenance of a more balanced
state. Cranial Fluid Dynamics is a gentle, non
invasive companion-like process. Using the broader
template of InnerDialogue in conjunction with hands on
interaction with the cranial fluid system itself allows for
the release of deep seated patterns that hold the charge
for these often human mediated stressors, resulting in a
greatly expanded state of health, well being, and conscious
awareness.
True dialogue is the mutual
exchange of the logos in communication, providing an inner
understanding as you palpate the different rhythms.
Resolution imparts both inner and outer well-being,
healing, motility and fluidity of the central nervous
system. This work is a direct outcome of osteopathy in the
cranial field, and craniosacral therapy, and has been
developed and taught around the world over the past 25
years.
This 16 hour workshop will enhance and gently introduce the
student into CFD and prepares them for the full 4 workshop
series starting in November 2009.
